Service: No Show No More provides SMS appointment reminders/confirmations triggered from Google Calendar events. Transactional messaging only; no marketing or promos.

User responsibilities: you will send messages only to your existing customers and honor STOP/HELP/START. You’ll comply with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA/LGPD) and carrier rules.

Fair use & limits: we may rate-limit or suspend abusive traffic or policy violations.

Refunds: 14-day free trial on monthly plans. Founding annual plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

No warranties: service is provided “as is”. Liability limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
